When it comes to relational trauma, there is a simple truth: we are wounded in relationship, and we also heal within safe relationships. As Dr. Gabor Maté notes, it is a sense of safety that allows individuals to move from defensiveness into genuine social engagement and connection.
In other words, the work of trauma integration begins with safety — with the presence of connection.

Birthing and witnessing the transformation of my clients as they unravel their inner wisdom has been my sacred privilege as a coach.
